2. Scope and acceptance

These Terms govern your use of kingawanesa.com, Powerhouse SELLS, and related free or paid digital offerings operated or referred by Kinga Wanesa LLC. By using the site, subscribing to emails, or purchasing applicable products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

3. What we offer

Powerhouse SELLS provides educational and marketing content for business owners, including:

• Free content such as the the relaxation era podcast and website resources
• Email newsletter and podcast updates (opt-in only)
• Referral to Powerhouse SELLS (currently €1,222), sold and fulfilled by VA Powerhouse Academy via sales.vapacademy.com
• Other digital products sold through ThriveCart or similar checkout partners, where shown

4. Third-party products — Powerhouse SELLS

Powerhouse SELLS is sold and fulfilled by VA Powerhouse Academy through sales.vapacademy.com. Kinga Wanesa LLC acts as an affiliate referrer and is not the merchant of record for that purchase.

Payment, access, refunds, chargebacks, and course-specific terms are governed exclusively by VA Powerhouse Academy’s terms and policies displayed at checkout. Contact VA Academy for purchase support. We are happy to help with referral questions at sales@kingawanesa.com.

5. Direct digital purchases (ThriveCart etc.)

Where Kinga Wanesa LLC is the seller of record, the product description, price, delivery method (digital access), and any refund or withdrawal terms shown at checkout apply. Digital content is delivered electronically after successful payment unless stated otherwise.

EU/EEA consumers — right of withdrawal. For digital content delivered immediately, you may be asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day withdrawal right once delivery begins, as permitted under applicable consumer law. If this consent is not given, statutory withdrawal rights remain where applicable.

6. No professional advice; no guaranteed results

All content is for general educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, tax, medical, psychological, or financial advice. Outcomes depend on your effort, market, team, and implementation. We do not guarantee specific revenue, clients, conversion rates, or business results.

7. Intellectual property

Content on this site — including text, branding, audio, video, and graphics — is owned by Kinga Wanesa LLC or used with permission. Purchased digital products include only the license stated at purchase. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit content without written consent.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, send spam, or use our services unlawfully. We may suspend access for violations.

9. Email communications

By subscribing, you consent to receive the emails you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting sales@kingawanesa.com.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kinga Wanesa LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us directly in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or USD $100 if no direct payment was made), except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Liability for intentional misconduct and injury to life, body, or health is not limited.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kinga Wanesa LLC and its member from claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If you are a consumer with habitual residence in the EU/EEA or UK, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence may also apply and are not limited by this choice of law.

Exclusive jurisdiction for disputes with merchants, businesses, or users outside mandatory consumer protections lies with the state and federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, USA, unless otherwise required by law.
