Topic – Inner Truth
Welcome to this weeks immersion beautiful soul. This week we are diving deep into the “Inner Truth”. Why?
Your inner truth is your compass in life. It is your deepest inner knowing in what you want and what is good for you. What is not. As long as we neglect our inner truth and the parts within ourselves that hold deeper meaning for us – we are drained and torn in between. We feel like life pulls us back and forth and apart. And this is not a life you need. Life is here to be your playground. The playground to become your own muse. Let’s dive into your inner knowing.
How do we work with your Inner Truth?
Your Inner Truth symbolizes more than what you think is right. Or what you think you should be doing. Your Inner Truth is a glimpse of the intelligence of the universe. The almighty guidance to abundance – abundance itself – that lives within you. And what can be more beautiful than a life where you can fully immerse with it all. I don’t think there is a more beautiful way to life.
By cleansing your chakras and unshedding old beliefs, “shoulds”, “musts” and blocking energies from your past – you get pretty close to living your Inner Truth and experience the abundant self within you. Working with the chakras is something I started after my first sound healing experience. I could let go of past relationships, that were energetically still clinging onto me. And I could move more freely through life without questioning my choices, my feelings or my intuition. You can imagine your body as a vessel. That vessel is full of old experiences you didn’t like, opinions of your parents and neighbors on how to live your life right. But that might not be your inner truth and your unique way of living, that is right and most fulfilling for you.
Start by meditating and visualizing each chakra. The root chakra is the bottom of your spine. A red light symbolizes this energy that stands for your safety and belongingness on this earth. The second chakra is your sacral chakra two finger widths underneath your navel. Orange in color and corresponds to your creativity and sexuality. Next comes the solar plexus chakra, yellow in color. Its meaning is your seat of willpower and self-empowerment. Above, follows the heart chakra in emerald green. It connects to your ability to show love, compassion and cultivate harmonious and nurturing relationships. Your throat is the seat of your throat chakra. The blue color symbolizes your ability to speak up for yourself and acknowledge your inner truth. Fun fact I loved working on this chakra with my yogis. Using asanas (yoga postures) like salamba sarvangasana (shoulder stand) or matsyasana (fish pose) to reconnect with this center of ourselves. To be able to express ourselves more fully and in truthfulness. Coming higher to the point between your eyebrows and this is the chakra you mostly heard of: The Third Eye Chakra (violet). It symbolizes our intuition and higher knowing. In fact the amount of research in psychological institutions on our intuition is growing. It is easily understandable, since our subconscious can process more information in seconds – our conscious mind will never be able to catch up with. So trust your gut-feeling darling. The moments I didn’t – whether it was related to men, finances or work-related choices – I was right. And don’t fall back on saying “I knew”. Trust your inner voice and gut feeling straight away. You don’t need an excuse to do so. Simply say: “This does not feel aligned”. Or “thank you for this opportunity, it is something that I don’t want at this moment”. Bam. No more to say. Leave it like that. Coming to the last chakra: Sahasrara – The Crown Chakra. The white-golden aura surrounding your head. It symbolizes the connection to the upper realms and the godly, mysterious world. I could talk for hours about chakras but I’ll leave it like that. In my podcast Alchemy Soul Episode 16 “Inside the Mind of ChatGPT: 7 Bold Questions on Destiny, Determination, and Authentic Living”, I take you through an exercise that makes your chakras visible and more accessible for you. As long as your energy is blocked and stuck, it will be hard for you to live your inner truth.
Working with the chakras is like taking your muddy dog after a long day of walking at the lake, or ups ‘he’s in the lake’, into the bath tub. Rubbing and washing all of – and away – that is muddy. And this is exactly why energetic clearing is important for you. You store so much in your energetic field, to be named: in your physical body, your fascia, muscular tension and health issues. In your emotional body. Your mentality, thoughts and worries. As well as in your soul and spiritual field that is hurt or clinging onto past experiences. Aware or unaware. So tune into my podcast and get in touch with your energetic fields. Your chakras are basically just places within your body with huge neurological networks. This is where thousands, even up to millions of neurons meet. What is especially interesting is that starting from the root with about 100.000 neurons the networks get more dense. Up within the area of our crown chakra, where our brain is seated, over millions of neurons meet. I also invite you in to play around with Chat GPT: the answers on which body centers and body functions are related to the chakras is accurate and interesting. The round this up: the more you work yourself up from your root to your crown chakra – the more connected you become to your own intelligence. In order for information to land in your body and feel safe for you – It is important, that your chakras are cleared. That way you can find trust, your own will-power, kindness with yourself and others, the right boundary setting and communication of your inner truth, access to your inner knowing and a higher intelligence guiding you.

Your Weekly Immersion Ritual
- Light a candle in front of you, while you do so set an intention. Grab your high quality tea or pure cocoa (e.g. from Cosmika). Sit up straight on the ground. Close your eyes.
- For your mindful drink ritual, place your cup on navel height, feel the warmth. Imagine roots to grow down from your feet into the earth. Deeper and deeper until your roots reach the center of Mother Earth. Imagine her warm, healing, red light flow into your roots, all the way up. Until that warm red light touched your feet and enters your whole body. Imagine this red, healing light to flow throughout your entire body, all the way up towards the crown of your head. Imagine a while light enter your body from your crown. A healing light that washes away all that is heavy and no longer part of you. See both the red and the white light immerse together within your body.
- Hold your cup on the height of your heart and connect your heart with the cup. While you look at your cup place an intention into it and see white light connecting your heart and your drink.
- Now mindfully drink your cocoa or tea and imagine it to purify your body and wash away all that no longer is part of your True Identity. Let all that is not your true nature wash away into the earth through your roots.
- Grab your journal and journal on the following questions:
- Where in my life am I not living my inner truth?
- What is standing between me and the abundant nature that I truly embody?
- What brings me closer towards living my wholesome true being every single day?
- What is one big stand that I know I have to do, but haven’t been acting upon for a longer period?
- Go into nature and feel your feet mindfully on the ground as you take each step. Look around you and immerse with your surroundings. The waving leaves. The sun. The grass, the trees.
Enjoy your ritual.
Sending you all the Love & Trust
