After 3 hours in meditation a laughter outburst came rushing through. I finally understood what it means to outgrow the monkey mind, physical pain and become one with all. No psychedelics needed. And why you should not do them.

This whole meditate for 4 hours experiment started today on the 3rd of March. Social media and having time to work on it full time became a real burden. You may say: I slightly started to freak out, overthink, drop it every day, have 10 ideas, go against my social media business mentor that I paid. The real range of rollercoaster. Emotionally and mentally exhausting.

After sitting in ceremony and doing energetic work by myself I realized: This is a matter of fragmented pieces of my soul. Parts that don’t trust myself. Parts that were afraid of rejection. Parts that were in conflict with taking on responsibility. Well, I know how to transform those parts, shed light and love onto them and move on differently.

With dozens of ideas of how I can present myself, my services, my knowledge online – or whether not to do it at all. Because let’s be honest, we can gain customers and run a great business without online presence. Just talk with humans and they know what you embody and ask you to work with you. This is what I experienced so far. Well, coming back to overthinking social media. I allowed myself to take a break from it for 30 days. Nothing to do. Just me. Writing my books. My blog if I want to do so. Simply seeing what comes up, if there is “nothing to do”. In fact, a pause, a break, distance from a special project, people, our home town – whatever it is for you – might get us so much more closer towards our inner truth.

I decided shorthand today to set a timer for 3 hours and 45 minutes. I know I can meditate for one hour straight, I did it in Thailand 2022 every morning for one week. At 6am in the morning. Vipassana style. Be the observer, name it all: “Rising”, “falling” – to name your breath. “Thinking” – when you think. “Cold” – when your body temperature changes. Simply name everything you do or notice. To not indulge into what is happening, but to observe it and see how it flows away into nothingness at some point. Dissolving. Until we notice that our thoughts are not us. The discomfort disappears. And that everything is allowed to be. No resistance needed.

But nearly 4 hours is a whole different game. And I sat there. On my bed in a tiny house in Poland. This is what I realized, that is – and I have to say I studied psychology for 6 years at the University of Bonn and Cologne with excellent results, taught yoga for one year, offered group and 1:1 sound healings for a year, energetic healing work with spinal attunement and shamanic rituals, cocoa ceremonies. I can whole heartedly stay for the past 9 years I’ve really done the work. And gave back. But today’s learnings and embodiments within 3 and a half hours, literally blew my mind.

This all may sound so obvious, simple and mundane what I will share with you now. But it is profound and not to be underestimated. And the practice of sitting there “doing nothing” meditating, sounds simple but it brings you to outgrow limits or it makes you break down, stop the practice. But you need to resist the thought. Not indulge into it. Anyhow coming back to what I learned to embody within my meditation practice:

  • You are not your thoughts. You are not even thinking. There are simply some words that come from somewhere.
  • You are pure consciousness. And your human body is a vessel for that. Your human experience is part of that purity of consciousness. It is not distinct.
  • You can direct your awareness fully into your pure consciousness and be it.
  • Pain and thoughts are only and merely sensations produced by your brain. If you let them be simply sensations and don’t hide from those – they will dissolve.
  • You are a vessel of infinity. Of pure consciousness. Healthy, wholesome and fully loved. One with all. There ain’t no separation.
  • Psychedelics are shit. And unsustainable. No one should do them.

Why should no one do psychedelics? Why is it not even a short cut but a mere illusion? (To my background for full transparency and clarity here: I have only had a moderate small dose of mushrooms once with a friend outdoors. That’s it.)

Psychedelics make your body melt, so soft. And you operate and perceive as that pure consciousness. They give you immediate access to it, if you’re lucky. If you haven’t done your work yet, you might be mislead into a bad trip. If you have a pure consciousness you might not even notice a big difference to your normal state of being and operating. Here is the downfall of psychedelics. While you have access to infinity for a short and limited time period. You do not know how to direct your consciousness and grow beyond your limited human mind, brain and perception. That way as soon as your transcendent experience vanish, you return to your human monkey mind consciousness and nothing changes. It ain’t no shortcut because you don’t know how to direct and move and expand your consciousness beyond all psychological clingyness and attachment. You don’t understand what it means to transcend and how this process works. Your topics and trauma may not be healed fully, your human mind is back on in everyday life. And you might develop the need for more help, more seeking in people, substances and practices. In order to somehow “get there”. But the only way is to learn how to direct your consciousness and transcend naturally beyond your mind and bodily sensations.

By this I don’t mean drifting into the upper realms. I’ve seen enough of people getting psychotic through kundalini awakening. Having spiritual insights, communicating in the upper realm world, having downloads, being a medium, an oracle whatsoever. And I can communicate and flow around in the upper realms, too. But what I noticed all the way is: That profound and established spiritual teachers stress the importance to stay grounded. And I tried to ground myself, tried to stay in this body more and more. But I did not understand what that meant, until my transcending meditation practice into pure consciousness today.

To stay grounded means to direct all of your consciousness into this human body. To understand that you are not floating in space. One with all. No. Because if you’re drifting out of your body with your consciousness, you are not in your body.

Enough of a Ted Talk. Coming to my advertisement for today. If you want to transcend beyond your physical pain, your minds and egos mind-fuck games. My work is for you. It is beyond describable how I already brought my clients into pure consciousness. A state they don’t remember they last had in their entire lifetime. Bringing back healing into the body and releasing pain from chronic disease. Just write me an e-mail if you want to work with me.

Sending you all the Love & Trust
