Topic: The Hurt Part
Why? Because your life quality crashes or flies through this part.
The Hurt Part within yourself holds the power to elevate your spirit into the skies. You might be wondering how hurt can bring you to miraculous places in life? In deed, the more hurt you experience, the more you struggle, the more you might realize: It all comes down to your Hurt Part.
Once you realize that this part of you holds the power to ruin your life experiences. To attract even more hurtful experiences alike. You can acknowledge that you might want to shed light on your hurt part.
How to work with the Hurt Part?
Imagine the Hurt Part as a little polar bear. Frightened and hurt, sitting in your basement. With no light, no love. Lonely and abandoned. Go visit hit. In my podcast Alchemy Soul we visit your Hurt Part together and give him everything he needs in order to become your superpower. Because once you embrace the Hurt Part inside of you, that little cute, yet still frightened polar bear inside of you – you realize that your subconscious has been playing tricks with you baby. And nah, you don’t want that subconscious Hurt Energy radiate around you like a magnet for bullshit experiences. So you better trust me and work with it. Haha and maybe play the song I put down here. Here is what happened for me once I embraced my Hurt Part…
… I better say Hurt PartSSS. Because you’ve got a lot of trash in your basement. Haha. So once I asked myself why desired relationships didn’t work out as the Dreamer inside of me envisioned. I asked myself Why? It all began with doing Heart Wide Open. Laura Seilers online course on breaking down all the walls around my heart, that I built through my entire life. Without knowing it! Yeah the best part of inner work is: Honey you don’t even know what your basement looks like. So here is for you: There was that part inside of my who thought: Ok, gurl you better do everything ALONE! because your parents left you in the kindergarten with 3 years old in a country you didn’t know the language. And yes that was traumatizing, without me knowing that it was. Connecting with my subconsciousness I felt like dying. Not knowing the language, helpless, crying every single day. And yes my grandfather did not hold back with telling that story every single time at family occasions. Thank you not. But yeah there are certain situations you don’t even remember, that were traumatizing for you. And in a way your psyche is strong, powerful and intelligent. It builds those Hurt Parts inside of your subconsciousness that navigate you through life. Ok, my parents suck my psyche thought. I am alone, I don’t understand a thing, I need to be able to go through life alone because I don’t understand ANYONE, is what my inner world became like. Even though I was not aware of. What happened? In school all of my classmates always asked me what to do. I became the natural leader, and I was always good by myself. I still love writing my book, going to yoga classes, sitting in nature with a good book or listening to music. Enjoying being my own muse. But to some extent I had to realize, that the part of me who was hurt, sabotaged my relationships. I did not want to be dependent on someone and show up vulnerable, because I have to make it alone and I am the strong one who navigates myself through life. Does this sound familiar to you? Your ritual to work with The Hurt part
- Light yourself a candle and set an intention for your ritual. Make sure your place is comfortable and safe. Declutter it, so you feel comfortable and nourished. If available to you cleanse your aura and then your room with Palo Santo or White Sage. While you do so you can put on my Spotify playlist “Weekly Immersion Ritual”.
Recite:
“I am cleansing my aura. All that is heavy on my falls away. I open myself to good energies. All that is heavy on my falls away.”
As you cleanse your room recite:
“I am cleansing this space so it is free from all negative energies. I am cleansing my space, I allow positive nourishing energies in. I am safe. I am supported. I am grounded. I am held.” - Do the meditation on Spotify: In the show notes you see when it begins. Sit up straight on your chair or in lotus position. Roll your shoulders up towards your ears and back. Straighten your neck. Take a deep breath in through your nose and a deep breath out through your mouth. Journal whatever wants to be written down after the meditation.
- Grab your journal and your pen (or simply some blank paper):
1) What situation hurt you the most recently? (The first that pops up into your mind is perfect and the right one for now).
2) What was is it exactly that hurt you? (e.g. that you didn’t feel valued, that you were betrayed, that you did not express your own needs and wants, e.g.)
3) How will this situation will change my whole life’s trajectory? How will I choose better for myself in the future? What will I change to create a new positive cycle in my life? - Make yourself a hot tea, cocoa matcha or kurkuma latte. Enjoy the warmth of the cup, decompress. Take a bath with epsom salts and peppermint oil or foam. Relax into your new identity.
